Football Recap: Tech Boston Academy Triumphs

Tech Boston Academy owes their defense a big pat on the back after their performance on Friday. They walked away with an 8-0 win over the O'Bryant Tigers. Tech Boston Academy has seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw O'Bryant, too.

Xavier Carter threw for 41 yards on two of six attempts. Esau Boyd-Wallace was his top target, picking up 45 receiving yards. On the ground, Alex Calixte rushed for 35 yards.

Tech Boston Academy's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for O'Bryant, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Tech Boston Academy is set to face off against their familiar foe Boston Latin Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, O'Bryant will square off against rival East Boston at 6:00 p.m. on October 10.
