Football Recap: Creekview Comes Up Short + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Creekview can now relate to. They came up short against the Reedy Lions on Thursday, falling 24-3. Having soared to a lofty 42 points in the game before, the Mustangs couldn't push the score so high this time.

Cason Garcia threw for 165 yards on 19 of 33 attempts. Tay Evans was his top target, picking up 64 receiving yards. On the ground, Brendyn Shed rushed for 39 yards.

Reedy had a senior duo take command as Dj Carlisle rushed for 65 yards and one score and Jarrett Walker rushed for 112 yards and one TD. The Lions are undefeated when Walker posts 80 or more rushing yards, but 1-3 otherwise.

Creekview's defeat dropped their record down to 9-2. As for Reedy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Creekview nor Reedy have any future games scheduled.
