Bryson Pope, Western Harnett's leader in runs on the season, led the team again on Thursday. Pope did his part (and then some), scoring three runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances for the 'W'. He also tossed an earned run, which is notable because Western Harnett is 2-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 3-11 otherwise.

Looking ahead, Pope and Western Harnett will face off against Triton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
