Basketball Game Preview: Alexandria City Titans vs. Lake Braddock Bruins

The Alexandria City Titans will head out to take on the Lake Braddock Bruins at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with eight consecutive losses for Alexandria City and three for Lake Braddock.

On Friday, Alexandria City came up short against West Potomac and fell 72-61.

Meanwhile, Lake Braddock played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They lost 74-48 to Woodson. The Bruins were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 44-20.

Lake Braddock's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Alexandria City, their loss dropped their record down to 1-9.

Alexandria City was able to grind out a solid victory over Lake Braddock when the teams last played back in February of 2024, winning 55-48. Will Alexandria City repeat their success, or does Lake Braddock have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
