Basketball Recap: Dickinson Comes Up Short

Dickinson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 17th straight defeat. They had to suffer through an 88-56 loss at the hands of Legacy. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Legacy this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 81-53 back in January.

Dickinson's loss dropped their record down to 2-18. As for Legacy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-3 record this season.

Looking ahead, Dickinson will take on Mandan at 4:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Legacy, they will face off against Century at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Legacy knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five matches -- so hopefully Century likes a good challenge.
