Baseball Recap: Roseville Takes a Loss

Roseville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They fell 6-3 to the Irondale Knights. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Knights this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-2 back in April.

Roseville's loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Irondale, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-14.

Roseville didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 13-1 defeat against Mounds View on the 16th. As for Irondale, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 5-1 victory against Woodbury on the 16th.
