Softball Recap: Harrisonburg Comes Up Short

Harrisonburg lost against LaSalle last Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bulldogs lost 16-1 to the Tigers.

Harrisonburg's defeat dropped their record down to 18-9. As for LaSalle, the win (which was their 15th in a row) raised their record to 29-4.

Harrisonburg does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for LaSalle, they will square off against Pineville at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Rebels have averaged an impressive 8 runs per game this season.
