The Ross County Christian Academy Eagles won the last time they faced the Hillsboro Christian Academy Crusaders, and things went their way on Saturday too. Ross County Christian Academy blew past Hillsboro Christian Academy 50-23 on the road. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Ross County Christian Academy.
Despite the loss, Hillsboro Christian Academy had strong showings from Emma Korte, who scored 9 points along with 10 rebounds, and Lisa Vanzant, who scored 10 points along with 3 steals. Vanzant scored a full 43.5% of Hillsboro Christian Academy's points, the second time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Ross County Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Hillsboro Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ross County Christian Academy will take on Dominion Academy at 3:45 p.m. on Saturday. Hillsboro Christian Academy is on the road again on Friday and play against Adams County Christian at 5:30 p.m. on December 8th.
