Allen waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with 14 straight wins... but they left with 15. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Keller Indians. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2024.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Allen who won the one that mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 28-30, 25-12.

Leading Allen to victory were Campbell Sheffield and Emily Capangpangan. Sheffield had 13 digs and three assists, while Capangpangan had 13 assists and four digs.

Allen's win bumped their record up to 18-1. As for Keller, they moved to 14-2 with that defeat, which also ended their 14-game winning streak.

Allen and Keller should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps National Rankings. The Eagles will challenge Rock Hill at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday with a big rank advantage (3 vs. 546). Meanwhile, Keller (ranked fifth) will meet Northwest (ranked 77th) at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
