Cypress Creek won the last time they faced River Ridge and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Coyotes snuck past the Royal Knights with an 82-76 victory. The Coyotes' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Cypress Creek's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Blake Allen led the charge by almost dropping a double-double with 21 points and nine rebounds. Allen also grabbed four steals, which is notable because the Coyotes are undefeated when he posts at least three steals, but 1-2 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Devin Suggs, who shot 75% from the field to rack up 16 points and three steals.

River Ridge lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Kolten Casarez, who posted 15 points and eight steals. He also put up a block, which was his first of the season. Dareal King was another key player, putting up 12 points in addition to six boards and four steals.

The win was the third in a row for Cypress Creek, bringing their record up to 4-2. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.3 points over those games. As for River Ridge, they moved to 3-2 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Cypress Creek wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 51-49 loss against Mitchell on the 5th. As for River Ridge, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 73-66 win against Dunedin on the 4th.
