Highline has gone 8-0-2 against Tyee recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Pirates will take on the Titans at 7:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Highline has three straight wins, Tyee has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

On Tuesday, Highline beat Inglemoor 3-1.

Meanwhile, Tyee fell victim to Cedarcrest and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They came up short against the Red Wolves, falling 14-0. While losing is never fun, Tyee can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington soccer rankings (they are ranked 233rd, while Cedarcrest are ranked 112th).

Tyee's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9-1. As for Highline, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-4-1.

Highline took their win against Tyee when the teams last played on April 1st by a conclusive 7-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Pirates since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
