Baseball Recap: Jefferson Takes a Loss

Jefferson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a 6-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cleveland Warriors.

Zack Rempfer made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole two bases while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.

Jefferson's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Cleveland, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-8.

While Jefferson had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
