Softball Recap: Farmington Scorpions vs. West Las Vegas Dons
Farmington proved they can win big last Tuesday (they won by 11) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the West Las Vegas Dons, sneaking past 5-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Scorpions have posted since May 3, 2024.

Ashlynn Sandoval spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and one unearned) runs on five hits and racked up six Ks. Those six strikeouts gave her a new career-high.
