Soccer Recap: Trinity Takes a Loss

Trinity managed to keep up with Northwest until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Trojans came up short against the Texans, falling 3-0. The shutout was out of character for Trinity seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in January.

Trinity's defeat dropped their record down to 10-10-3. As for Northwest, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-6-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Trinity will face off against Bell at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Northwest, they will challenge Timber Creek at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Northwest's defense better be ready for this one: Timber Creek have averaged an impressive 2.6 goals per game this season.
