Plaquemine is a perfect 3-0 against Broadmoor since April of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. Plaquemine will take on Broadmoor at 4:00 p.m. Neither of those teams managed to put together many runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Plaquemine and Brusly, and Brusly kept the tradition alive. Plaquemine wound up with the same score they had in their last game (11-1), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time.

Meanwhile, Broadmoor was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against McKinley, falling 17-2.

Broadmoor saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was M Bolivar, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases and one RBI. Another was Q. Morehouse, who scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in both of his plate appearances.

Plaquemine's defeat dropped their record down to 12-12. As for Broadmoor, their loss dropped their record down to 2-12-1.

Everything went Plaquemine's way against Broadmoor when the teams last played back in March of 2024, as Plaquemine made off with a 15-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Plaquemine since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
