Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Bald Knob). They came out on top against the Midland Mustangs by a score of  19-14  on Monday. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Mustangs recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive  win against them.
 Jameson Glaze made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he  pitched 2.1 innings while giving up just one earned run but no hits. He has been consistent : he hasn't  given up  more than one  walk in six consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-4. Those  two  runs gave  him a new career-high.
 In other batting news,  Gavin Mitsunaga was  incredible,  scoring two  runs while  getting on base  in four of his five plate appearances. That's the most  runs  he has posted since back in March of 2024. Another player making a difference was  Dakota Shoebottom, who  scored three  runs while going 1-for-6.
The  victory  got Bald Knob back to even at 7-7. As for Midland, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-11 record  this season.
 Bald Knob is taking a road trip to  take on Riverview  at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Midland, they will welcome Brinkley  at 9:16  a.m.  on Tuesday.
