Softball Recap: Calloway County Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Calloway County's offense. They lost 10-0 to the Trigg County Wildcats on Tuesday. Having soared to a lofty 13 runs in the game before, the Lakers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Calloway County's loss dropped their record down to 3-23. As for Trigg County, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-10 record this season.

Calloway County will take on Murray at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Trigg County, they will challenge Hopkinsville at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
