Jordan-Elbridge posted their closest win since May 21, 2024 on Thursday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Hannibal Warriors 4-2. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Warriors recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

The team relied heavily on David III Dominick, who went 1-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. That triple was his first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Shannon III Ahern, who went 1-for-2 with two runs and one stolen base.

Jordan-Elbridge's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Hannibal, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Jordan-Elbridge will head out to challenge Onondaga at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Hannibal, they will venture away from home to square off against Sandy Creek at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
