It was a good run, but Duncan unfortunately witnessed the end of their eight-game winning streak on Thursday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tuttle Tigers. The Demons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Duncan's loss dropped their record down to 9-2. As for Tuttle, their victory bumped their record up to 9-4.

Looking ahead, Duncan will take on Shawnee at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Tuttle, they have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Tishomingo on the 29th.
