Palmview gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest Javelinas as they made off with a 34-14 victory. The win continues a trend for the Lobos in their matchups with the Javelinas: they've now won seven in a row.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Palmview will challenge Roma at 7:30 p.m. on September 5. As for Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest, they will head out to take on Valley View at 7:00 p.m. on September 5.
