Basketball Game Preview: Living Water Christian Warriors vs. Bethel Christian Academy Trojans

The Living Water Christian Warriors will square off against the Bethel Christian Academy Trojans at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Living Water Christian is headed into the match out to prove that what happened against Union Grove Christian back in December of 2024 (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Living Water Christian might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting Union Grove Christian an easy 55-32 win. The Warriors were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 36-11.

Meanwhile, Bethel Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were dealt a 51-18 loss at the hands of Wilmington Christian Academy. While losing is never fun, the Trojans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 574th, while the Patriots are ranked 253rd).

Living Water Christian now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Bethel Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-10.

Everything went Living Water Christian's way against Bethel Christian Academy when the teams last played back in January of 2024, as Living Water Christian made off with a 47-21 victory.
