Basketball Recap: Central Cass' Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Central Cass came into Tuesday's game having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Wahpeton Huskies on Tuesday, sneaking past 60-57. This was payback for the Squirrels, who suffered a 63-60 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Central Cass' win bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Wahpeton, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-2 record.

Central Cass will square off against Thompson at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wahpeton, they will take on Kindred at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Kindred will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Wahpeton surely won't give up without a fight.
