Basketball Recap: Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier Starts Season with Victory on the Road

Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They walked away with a 52-39 win over the Barnes County North co-op [North Central/Wimbledon-Courtenay] Bison on Tuesday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Rangers as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Park River/Fordville-Lankin at 12:45 p.m. on December 27th. As for Barnes County North co-op [North Central/Wimbledon-Courtenay], they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Oakes at 7:00 p.m. on January 14, 2025.
