Lingle-Fort Laramie put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 74-64 victory over the Southeast Cyclones. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 65-53 victory back in January.

Leading Lingle-Fort Laramie to victory were Brady Cook and Brody Roberts. Cook dropped a double-double with 14 points and 11 rebounds, while Roberts shot 47% from the field to rack up 17 points in addition to eight assists and eight boards. Cook is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 46% in the last 48 games he's played dating back to last season. Another player making a difference was Anthony Arnusch, who went 5-for-8 on his way to 18 points.

They weren't the only ones working in the assist department: Lingle-Fort Laramie was working as a unit and finished the game with 26 assists. They racked up 13 more assists than Southeast's also-impressive total of 13.

Southeast's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ayden Desmond, who almost dropped a double-double with 22 points and nine boards. That was a full 34.4% of Southeast's points, marking the third time in a row Desmond has posted more than a third of the team's points. Beaux Shimic was another key player, shooting 67% from the field en route to 18 points.

Lingle-Fort Laramie's win bumped their record up to 24-0. As for Southeast, their loss dropped their record down to 14-11.

Lingle-Fort Laramie wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 59-47 victory against Upton on the 1st. As for Southeast, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 63-39 win against HEM on the 1st.
