Volleyball Recap: Loogootee Takes a Loss

Loogootee managed to slip by Bedford North Lawrence the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Lions came up short against the Stars on Thursday, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-12, 25-12.

Alaina Diamond paced Loogootee's offense, picking up ten kills. Diamond got some help from Aubrey Gilbert and her 12 assists.

Loogootee's loss dropped their record down to 10-16. As for Bedford North Lawrence, they now have a winning record of 15-14.

Coming up, after both having extra time off, Loogootee and Medora will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Bedford North Lawrence does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
