Seward fought the good fight in their extra-innings matchup against Mount Michael Benedictine on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Knights by a score of 3-2. The Bluejays' loss signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Seward's defeat dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Mount Michael Benedictine, they moved to 6-10 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.
