Basketball Recap: Siren Comes Up Short

Siren was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They received a blow as they fell 62-43 to the Northwood Evergreens. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Evergreens this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 53-45 back in January.

Siren's loss dropped their record down to 4-16. As for Northwood, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-13.

Looking ahead, Siren will venture away from home to challenge Clear Lake at 5:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Northwood, they will challenge Frederic at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Northwood has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
