King George won the last time they faced James Monroe and things went their way on Thursday too. The Foxes were the clear victors by a 15-1 margin over the Yellow Jackets. The contest marked the Foxes' most dominant win of the season.

The victory made it two in a row for King George and bumps their season record up to 8-6. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 2 run in those games. As for James Monroe, they dropped their record down to 4-6 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.

Coming up, King George will host Mechanicsville at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for James Monroe, they will head out to square off against Maggie Walker at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Maggie Walker has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.75 runs per game on average), something James Monroe will no doubt try to take advantage of.
