Basketball Game Preview: Plymouth Bobcats vs. Kennett Eagles

Plymouth hasn't had much luck against Kennett recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Plymouth Bobcats will head out to challenge the Kennett Eagles at 5:00 p.m. Kennett took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Plymouth, who comes in off a win.

Plymouth will bounce into Friday's match after beating Stark, who they had gone 1-7 against in their eight prior meetings. Plymouth snuck past Stark with a 51-46 victory on Tuesday. The Bobcats' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Meanwhile, Kennett was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 36-20 bruising from Kingswood.

Kennett's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Plymouth, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Plymouth came up short against Kennett when the teams last played back in February of 2024, falling 42-37. Can Plymouth avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
