Soccer Game Preview: Riverside vs. Bowie

The Riverside Rangers will take on the Bowie Bears at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Riverside will bounce into Tuesday's contest after beating San Elizario, who they had gone 0-9 against in their nine prior meetings. While the 0-0 score might suggest a draw, it was the Rangers who were credited with the win on Friday.

Bowie's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They put the hurt on Clint with a sharp 5-0 victory. Bowie might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matchups by three goals or more this season.

Riverside's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-5. Those road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 13 goals over those four contests. As for Bowie, their win bumped their record up to 8-4-2.

Riverside skirted past Bowie 1-0 in their previous meeting back in March of 2025. Do the Rangers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bears turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
