Volleyball Recap: Jeffersonville Takes a Loss

Jeffersonville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against the Floyd Central Highlanders, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Red Devils of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-15, 25-11.

Jeffersonville's defeat dropped their record down to 6-17. As for Floyd Central, the victory was the 13th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 19-3.

Looking ahead, Jeffersonville will be playing at home against Providence at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Floyd Central, they will head out to square off against North Oldham at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
