Henry Kearns has led Pilgrim in runs on the season and he led the team again on Wednesday. Nobody could stop Kearns as he scored two runs and stole three bases while going 2-for-3. He is becoming a predictor of Pilgrim's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is 2-1 (and 6-10 when he doesn't).

Looking ahead, Kearns and Pilgrim will head out to challenge Bishop Hendricken at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Patriots have some work to do to even out the 2-8 series between these two since May of 2017, but a win here would be a good start.
