Basketball Recap: Santa Fe South Takes a Loss

Santa Fe South was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 25th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were dealt a 76-10 loss at the hands of the Carl Albert Titans. While losing is never fun, the Saints can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 463rd, while the Titans are ranked 39th).

Santa Fe South's defeat dropped their record down to 0-23. As for Carl Albert, the victory (which was their 13th in a row) raised their record to 22-1.

While Santa Fe South had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
