Basketball Recap: Goochland Takes a Loss

Goochland lost against Altavista back in January of 2015 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Goochland Bulldogs took a hard 57-43 fall against the Altavista Colonels.

Goochland's loss dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Altavista, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Goochland will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Orange County at 7:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Altavista, they will finish 2024 at home by hosting Sussex Central at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Altavista's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three matchups.
