Softball Recap: Seminole Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Seminole can now relate to. They came up short against the Clearwater Tornadoes on Tuesday, falling 10-0. The shutout was out of character for the Warhawks seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in March.

Seminole's defeat dropped their record down to 9-13. As for Clearwater, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-9.

Seminole does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Clearwater, they will square off against Osceola at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Warriors' pitching crew has only allowed 2.6 runs per game this season, so the Tornadoes' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
