Baseball Recap: American Fork Picks Up Sixth Straight Win on the Road

American Fork proved they can win big on Friday (they won by nine) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with an 8-7 win over the Desert Oasis Diamondbacks. The victory continues a trend for the Cavemen in their matchups with the Diamondbacks: they've now won three in a row.

The team relied heavily on CJ Mascaro, who scored three runs and stole Two bases. while going 2-for-3. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played. Brandon Upham was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3.
