Softball Recap: Lynn Comes Up Short

If Lynn was riding high fresh off their 16-1 takedown of Vina on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bears lost 22-2 to the Hackleburg Panthers on Tuesday. The Bears haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Lynn's defeat dropped their record down to 18-14. As for Hackleburg, they pushed their record up to 37-9-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Panthers beat Lynn by a score of 15-0 later that day.
