Basketball Recap: Wilmot Comes Up Short

Wilmot lost against Waterford back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Wilmot Panthers were beaten by the Waterford Wolverines 68-41.

Wilmot has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-13 record this season. As for Waterford, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-10.

Wilmot will face off against Beloit Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Waterford, they will welcome South Milwaukee at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Waterford is facing South Milwaukee at the right time seeing as South Milwaukee is stuck on a ten-game losing streak.
