Recap: Concord Bears vs. College Park Falcons
The Concord Bears's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 73-36 loss at the hands of College Park. Concord was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 49-17.
Miles Smith was his usual excellent self, scoring 18 points along with two steals for College Park. Another player making a difference was Connor Whittles, who scored 11 points.
Concord has not been sharp recently, as they've lost 11 of their last 12 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-14 record this season. As for College Park, their victory bumped their record up to 7-11.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Concord will face off against Ygnacio Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for College Park, they will head out on the road to face off against Northgate at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
