Volleyball Game Preview: Forks Spartans vs. Ilwaco Fishermen + How To Watch

Forks is a perfect 7-0 against Ilwaco since February of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Spartans will challenge the Fishermen at 7:00 p.m. Ilwaco took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Forks, who comes in off a win.

On Tuesday, Forks got the win against Chief Leschi by a conclusive 3-0. The win continues a trend for the Spartans in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now won five in a row.

Meanwhile, Ilwaco came up short against North Beach on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Fishermen have struggled against the Hyaks recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-16, 25-11.

Forks' victory bumped their record up to 7-4-1. As for Ilwaco, their loss dropped their record down to 3-7.

Forks was able to grind out a solid win over Ilwaco in their previous matchup two weeks ago, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Spartans since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
