Pelham's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Helena Huskies by a score of 3-1. This was a revenge game for the Panthers: when they faced off against the Huskies back in September, they had to take a 3-2 loss.

Pelham had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 19-25, 25-12, 25-17, 25-23.

Aubrie Smith paced Pelham's offense, picking up 14 kills. Smith got some help from Bristol Hannah and her 29 assists. Hannah was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Pelham moved to 13-21 with that victory, which also ended their three-match losing streak. As for Helena, they moved to 20-16 with that defeat, which also ended their four-match winning streak.

Pelham has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Saraland on the 9th. As for Helena, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Hillcrest on the 9th.
