Volleyball Recap: Orthopaedic Extends Winning Streak to Three

Orthopaedic had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. Everything went their way against the Downtown Magnets Suns as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's more bragging rights for the Vipers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

One reason for the win was Orthopaedic's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-19, 25-15.

Orthopaedic now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Downtown Magnets, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season.

Orthopaedic will head out to face off against Aspire Ollin at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Downtown Magnets, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Annenberg at 3:30 p.m. Downtown Magnets is facing Annenberg at the right time seeing as Annenberg is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
