Scottsdale Preparatory Academy came tearing into Wednesday's match with six straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Heritage Academy Heroes. That's more bragging rights for the Spartans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Scottsdale Preparatory Academy was especially dominant in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-13, 25-18.

Scottsdale Preparatory Academy can attribute much of their success to Brielle Amarel, who had ten digs and two assists. Aria Dragolj also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Scottsdale Preparatory Academy's record is now 21-10. As for Heritage Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That lines up perfectly with their 5-15 record this season.
