After a string of seven wins, Flintridge Sacred Heart's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell just short of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Comets by a score of 1-0. The game marked the first time this year in which the Tologs were not able to get on the board.

Flintridge Sacred Heart's defeat dropped their record down to 7-2. As for Sacred Heart of Jesus, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Flintridge Sacred Heart will take on Burbank at 5:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Sacred Heart of Jesus, they are packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will take on Immaculate Heart at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
