Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Eastern Randolph). They put the hurt on the Clover Garden School Grizzlies with a sharp 6-0 win on Friday. The Wildcats not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since May 9, 2025 (when they won 11-2).

The team relied heavily on Landon Albright, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, two doubles, and one stolen base. That's the most hits he has posted since back in March of 2025. The team also got some help courtesy of Cade McCallum, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

Eastern Randolph's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Clover Garden School, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Eastern Randolph will welcome Southeast Guilford at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Clover Garden School, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Revolution Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
