Softball Recap: Glenn Takes a Loss

Glenn lost against Liberty Hill back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Grizzlies fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 5-4.

Caylee Curtsinger made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances. Addison Vargas was another key player, scoring a run while going 1-for-3.

Glenn's loss dropped their record down to 14-8. As for Liberty Hill, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 15 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-4-1 record this season.

Glenn has already played their next contest, a 4-2 defeat against Hays on the 8th. As for Liberty Hill, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 11-1 win against Lehman on the 8th.
