Everett Alvarez's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Monday. They blew past Seaside 4-0. Everett Alvarez haven't had any issues with Seaside recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Salinas and North Salinas finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw on Thursday.

The Cowboys' goal came courtesy of Emilio Padilla, which was the first he's scored this season.

Everett Alvarez's win bumped their record up to 2-0. With that draw, Salinas' record moves to 0-1-3.
