Baseball Recap: Hillcrest Takes a Loss

Hillcrest suffered their closest loss since March 16, 2024 on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Wren Hurricanes by a score of 6-4. The defeat continues a trend for the Rams in their meetings with the Hurricanes: they've now lost four in a row.

Having lost for the first time this season, Hillcrest fell to 2-1-2. As for Wren, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Hillcrest will venture away from home to face off against Mauldin at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wren, they will challenge Powdersville at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
