Clover and Gaffney are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2021, but not for long. The Blue Eagles will head out to take on the Indians at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Gaffney took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Clover, who comes in off a win.

On Tuesday, Clover humbled Columbia with a 70-22 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Blue Eagles.

Clover's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Najeh Potts, who shot 63% from the field en route to 12 points and seven boards. Another player making a difference was Jackson Hill, who went 5-for-6 on his way to 11 points and five rebounds.

Meanwhile, Gaffney didn't have quite enough to beat Powdersville on Sunday and fell 43-40.

Gaffney's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Clover, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Clover couldn't quite get it done against Gaffney when the teams last played back in December of 2024 as they fell 79-71. Can the Blue Eagles avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
