The Crystal Lake South Gators will head out on the road to take on the Jacobs Golden Eagles at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Jacobs took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Crystal Lake South, who comes in off a win.

Crystal Lake South will bounce into Tuesday's match after beating St. Charles East, who they had gone 0-3 against in their three prior meetings. The Gators walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Fighting Saints on Saturday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Gators as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

Meanwhile, Jacobs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to Dundee-Crown.

The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-18.

Crystal Lake South's victory bumped their record up to 11-13. As for Jacobs, their loss dropped their record down to 15-18.
